The The Eliminator™ IV Frequency Generator is a microprocessor based, square wave frequency generator zapper designed with digitally adjustable offset. This frequency generator includes the ability to program any single Rife frequency at a time in one package at an affordable cost. The output is strong ( up to 10 volts, user controlled in steps of 0.1 volt ) and this unit is intended for those uses that need a stronger output as well as more numerous and more accurate frequencies. Getting Started
The ELIMINATOR IV is a high quality versatile function generator capable of producing continuous signal, frequency sweeping signal, and user defined arbitrary signals. It was designed as an easy-to-use tool. The operation of ELIMINATOR IV is extremely straightforward. The following examples will lead you step-by-step through some typical uses.
Data Entry
Setting of ELIMINATOR IV signal parameters is done by first pressing one of the parameter keys (F/T, AMP, or OFS). The display of that parameter will be cleared and an underline is shown, indicating place for new value to be typed in. If at the moment you hit a parameter key the cursor is not currently at that parameter just press the key one more time to make the underline shown. Then enter new value using the DIGIT keys. Complete entry by hitting one of the UNITS keys. If an error is made at typing pressing [ESC] key will do backspace to correct it. If no more digits left when [ESC] is pressed it will exit Data Entry and display the original value.

The display of that parameter will be cleared and an underline is shown, indicating place for new value to be typed in. A cursor focused parameter can also be adjusted incrementally by tuning [ADJ] dial.
Examples
1 ) To set output frequency to 5KHz press the following keys: [F/T] [5] [KHz]
2 ) The output waveform is locked to square wave in the Eliminator™ IV, but with the Eliminator™ IV-B, you can select the available waveforms..
3 ) To set output amplitude to 3V peak-to-peak press the following keys: [AMP] [3] [V]
4 ) To set DC offset to -2.5V press the following keys: [OFS] [+/-] [2] [.] [5] [V]
1 ) Power Switch : The power switch turns the ELIMINATOR IV on and off.
2 ) Parameter Keys : The parameter keys select the parameter to be entered. If cursor is not currently at a parameter pressing the parameter key will first move cursor to that parameter
3 ) Digit Keys : The numeric keypad allows for direct entry of the ELIMINATOR IV parameters. To change a parameter value simply press the parameter key (if cursor is not currently at the parameter press the parameter key twice) and then type a new value. Entries are terminated by the UNITS keys. If an error is made at typing press [ESC] key to correct it (back space). If no more digits left when [ESC] is pressed it will exit Data Entry and display the previous value.
The [+/-] key may be pressed at any time during numeric entry.

4 ) Unit Keys : The UNIT keys are used to terminate numeric entries. Note that the unit keys represent different unit at different parameter entry.
Under CW mode pressing unit keys without first entering digits will display incremental step sizes. [Hz] key displays frequency step size. [KHz] key displays time step size.
5 ) Waveform Key : This function has been locked in the square wave positive off set mode.
6 ) ESC key : This key backspace typed digits and/or exit current state.
7 )ADJ Dial By [ADJ] dial users can incrementally adjust a focused parameter up and down. To do this first pressing a parameter key to move cursor the parameter to be changed and then turn the dial.

Thank you for your interest in The Eliminator IV. Hulda Clark, the original inventor of the Zapper, was both a doctor and inventor. Her testing and research led to this great discovery. She should have been nominated and given a Nobel Prize. Maybe in time the world will appreciate her work. Dr. Clark was a true humanitarian, only had public interest at heart. Instead of filling patents she placed the design in public domain. That means any one can use it free. With every design there is room for improvement. So we made many improvements. So many ask how does it do this, "kill virus and bacteria as well as the microbes in the body?" Scientist have known for many years that all cells work with small amounts of electrical current at low voltages. Every organ even the brain. All of these generate a field that can be measured with sensitive electronic devices. Healthy body tissues generate their own frequency at below 10 thousand hertz. All sick cells that are infected by some cancer or other bad things in the body generate at a different frequency. Much higher than healthy cells. So what was needed was a way to short circuit these sick cells and kill them. This is done by generating a frequency that the sick cells resonate at. This short circuits the sick cells and kill them. It was originally intended for the purpose of improving health by neutralizing parasites and pathogenic organisms in the human body with a microamp current applied at the skin surface.
Many companies world wide have sought to capitalize on Doctor Clark’s discovery. Manufacturing the Zapper under a lot of different names. We know that set up, design, marketing, tooling all cost a lot of money. Every manufacture would like to recover this cost and make a profit. We at AmTech are no different. When we decided to get into this area we first looked at all the other Zappers on the market. After carefully reading Doctor Clark’s book we came up with a new idea. We felt that many buyers were serious about using this or other products to help with their health situation. Many companies claim many things about their product, is there any way to know for sure? According to Doctor Clark, certain frequencies at low voltage and milliamps were necessary to achieve the desired results. Unless you own a lot of expensive electronic equipment you are left at the mercy of the seller. The Eliminator solves this problem for you. There is a built in monitoring system that monitors frequency, milliamps and voltage. Doctor Clark also recommenced certain exposure times with rest in between. We have included a timer that allows you to set the on time and the off time. We do believe as Doctor Clark said that no AC Voltage should ever be allowed to be used when the Zapper was on for treatment. We solved this problem with our charger circuit. When in the charge position the Eliminator can not be used. There is a low voltage warning, a led light flashes yellow as a caution measure. When the battery is below the useful out put the led changes to flashing red. Every manufacture wants to sell you his product. All make different claims as to why you should spend your money buying their product. I believe that all of them have their merits and do work. Even Doctor Clark said just a 9 volt battery pulsed could help. After a careful review of all the Zappers on the market we contacted the owner of ParaZapper. With in a short while I was convinced of his sincerity and desire to really help people not just make a profit. We decided to make a joint effort in this direction. The Eliminator is the result of this joint effort.

Usage
Using these devices for eliminating parasites from water is easy but is not 100 percent effective.
Before and after microscopic examination of pond water samples show significant reduction of microbial content after usage.
Normal application is to place the electrodes into the water, further apart is better.
The unit is then turned on 7 minutes and off for 20 minutes and repeated 3 or 4 times.
Do not use for drinking water, potable water, or in swimming pools.
